The practitioner is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or healthcare provider.

Services offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional condition or disease.

Nothing communicated during a session or contained within remedial product guidance should be construed as medical advice, psychological counselling, financial advice, or legal counsel.

## 2. Client responsibility and medical care

You acknowledge that complementary energy work is intended to support general well-being and stress management. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or psychological therapy.

You agree to consult with a qualified, licensed medical or mental health professional for any medical or psychological conditions you may have.

You agree never to disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care due to information received during a session or via the online platform.

## 3. Artisanal remedial products

Physical remedial goods — including handcrafted Dhuni powders, intention sprays, herbal salt remedies, oils, and charged crystals — are designed solely for spiritual, ritual, and environmental space-clearing purposes.

Products are not intended for internal consumption unless explicitly labelled as food-grade.

Perform a patch test before applying any topical products (oils, sprays, tilaks) to ensure no herbal or essential oil allergies exist.

This business operates as a registered Texas Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the United States. By booking a session or purchasing items from anywhere globally (including the USA, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia), you agree that all interactions, services, and online agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Distance healing and remote consultations are accepted voluntarily at your own discretion.

## 5. Confidentiality and digital record handling

All client intake data, session disclosures, and intuitive notes are kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, an immediate threat of harm to self or others). Electronic records are handled in alignment with standard digital privacy practices, including GDPR guidelines for international clients.
