Terms of service

These terms are a working draft awaiting legal review. They are published so the site is not silent about the basis on which sessions, programs and products are provided.

Kaya Elementals Healing offers complementary holistic practice. Booking a session, enrolling in a program or ordering a product forms an agreement between you and the practice.

Sessions are delivered at the time booked, in your own time zone as shown at booking. Where a session requires a signed consent record, it is not delivered until that record is signed.
