Privacy policy

This policy is a working draft awaiting legal review. It is published so the site is not silent about how your information is handled.

The practice collects what it needs to deliver a session and to keep the records the law requires: your name and email address, what you tell us on an intake form, and the record of any consent you sign.

Health information you disclose on an intake form is treated as sensitive. It is read by the practitioner and by nobody else, and it is never used for marketing.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Signed consent records are kept even after erasure, because a record that you agreed to something is the evidence that the agreement happened.
