Refund and cancellation policy

This policy is a working draft awaiting legal review. It is published so the site is not silent about cancellations and refunds.

You can cancel or move a booked session; what you are entitled to depends on how much notice you give, and the outcome is shown to you before you confirm the cancellation rather than discovered afterwards.

Where a program cohort is cancelled by the practice, the remedy is a credit rather than a cash refund.
